　Introduction:

• For centuries, Tianjin has always been known as a business port in north China. It is not only a big and busy collecting and distributing material center, but a city of making and selling a large variety of snacks, both delicate and exquisite. There are three kinds of snacks praised as the greatest delicacies-Earhole Fried Cakes (Er Duo Yan Alley), Eighteenth Avenue Fried Dough Twist ,and Reticent Doggie Steamed Buns(Gou Bu Li). This program is an introduction to explain the derivations of the store names, the features of snacks and the arts of their making.
